[Welcome students young and old, faculty, friends and family. In celebration of the defeat of He Who Must Not Be Named, Hogwarts has opened its doors to all who have passed through its hallways-- as well as those who have yet to do so. Current and former students, faculty, and the families thereof are all welcome to join us in our celebratory feast.]

[He'd wavered back and forth several times on attending; the sheer number of Rosemariné's family members who had quite loudly voiced their disappointment with the defeat had caused them both to lie low. But there were people from days gone past that he hadn't heard from for years, and in the end that was reason enough to go. An alternate explanation could be put together for prodding in-laws.
