[Alfred was late, as usual, but he had a good excuse, really! He'd been getting ready. Alright, it sounded kinda girly, but you couldn't show up on a date looking like a slob, it was rude. But then all the stuff he'd wanted to wear was dirty and he'd had to pull together an outfit that didn't reek and still looked halfway decent. But eventually he showed up.
Spotting Tracy across the restaurant, he gave her a big grin and a wave and headed over to join her at the booth.]
[She flashes a grin at Alfred and hops up, then proceeds to allow him to just barely lead the way to the counter. Not too much, though -- a girl's gotta use the opportunity to squeeze her boy's hand as much as possible, right?]
They don't reallycare if you get a lot, y'know. Just threaten a lot and hope we get scared. I think Mama cares more than anybody at school, but I dunno how strict yours is.
